Securing Your Appointment
Welcoming new furry friends to our family is our favorite part of the job! To protect our stylists’ schedules, we require a $25 deposit at the time of booking for all new clients, as well as returning pets who haven’t visited us in over 6 months.
Rest assured, this deposit is fully credited toward your final grooming balance. If you need to change or cancel your visit, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so your deposit remains protected; late cancellations will forfeit the booking fee.
What to Expect on Grooming Day
To ensure a calm, unhurried environment for every pet, please arrive precisely at your scheduled appointment time. Weekday grooms typically take up to 4 hours of dedicated care. For Saturday appointments, we kindly ask that you pick up your companion within 30 minutes of receiving our “ready for pickup” text.
Need to reschedule? Please call us at 224‑535‑9594 at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or same-day cancellations will incur a flat $25 service fee.
Late Pickup Policy
Our salon closes promptly at the end of the day to let our team head home to their own pets. If your companion is still hanging out with us past closing time, a late pickup fee of $2 per minute will apply.
In extreme circumstances where contact cannot be made, we may need to arrange overnight boarding at the salon. We always prefer to avoid this, so please ensure a designated pickup person is available when your pet is ready!
Our Force-Free Philosophy
We are proudly a force-free salon. We strictly prioritize your pet’s emotional peace of mind over a perfect haircut, and we will never force a stressed animal through a process they find terrifying.
Because severe matting is incredibly painful to brush out, we do not offer de-matting services. If your pet arrives heavily matted, we will safely and gently shave the impacted area to prioritize their immediate health, comfort, and skin safety.
